Our client is a $11B food and beverage ingredients supplier and a global leader in the space. One of their largest business divisions used a legacy SAP system, resulting in slower transactions, poor user experience, and lacked new-age functionalities, such as, analytics and smart applications.
We helped them with SAP migration, from non-HANA ECC to S/4 HANA, covering 20 locations, 900+ users and 7 processing plants.
We implemented solutions, such as, Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM), Financial Closing Cockpit (FCC), and Integrated Business Planning (IBP), to name a few.
Additionally, we enhanced the system with many other automation features and technology upgrades that ensured accurate reporting, analytics, and business process coverage.
