Suresh Sundararajan is an industry veteran with over 26 years of experience in various functions within the Olam Group, a multinational agribusiness headquartered in Singapore. Suresh is currently the CEO of Nupo Ventures, the venture building and incubation arm of the Olam group, and the co-founder and director of MINDSPRINT, an independent digital and technology transformation partner for Olam.

Suresh joined Olam Group in 1996 and has held various leadership positions across the organization including Corporate Affairs, Investor Relations, Taxation, Legal, Risk and Market Compliance, Global Business Services, Information Technology, and Strategic Investments. In 2017, he led Olam's digital transformation journey that resulted in the development and implementation of several innovative solutions throughout the agricultural supply chain.

Apart from his leadership roles at Olam, Suresh is also the co-founder of Jiva and Terrascope, technology start-ups focused on the agricultural and sustainability, respectively. As a member of the Forbes Technology Council, Suresh is also a thought leader and authors various articles relating to sustainability, talent management, digital technology and innovation.

Suresh is a graduate in commerce from the University of Madras, India, a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and is a certified Company Secretary from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Dharmender Kapoor (DK) is the Chief Executive Officer of Mindsprint. Known as a leader who helps businesses transform their business model, growth and profitability initiatives and help them strategize their technology direction to become competitive, DK comes with more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry and is recognized across the industry as a thought leader.

Prior to joining Mindsprint, DK was CEO and MD of Birlasoft Ltd. and led the company to grow from USD150mn to USD 600mn+ during his tenure.

Before being elevated to CEO, DK also served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Birlasoft, where he managed Global Delivery, Business Development, Advisory, and other enabling functions. He played a critical and instrumental role in leading the divesture of Birlasoft’s legacy business and etched a strategy towards focusing on next-generation digital services. He envisioned and marketed Birlasoft’ s new brand positioning towards becoming an “Enterprise Digital” company.

DK holds a Master’s degree from Kurukshetra University, India, and is an avid contributor to professional forums through his industry opinion pieces and straight-from-the-heart blogs. He enjoys interacting with his strong network of colleagues, co-bloggers, and leadership forums across the world.

Sagar P V is the Chief Technology Officer at Mindsprint. In this role, Sagar will be leading the newly formed Technology and Solutioning Team comprising of specialists and architects to build practice areas /centers of excellence.  

Sagar is a highly versatile and result-driven technology leader with over 22+ yrs. of IT experience, leading high performing teams and delivering world-class software assets. He is an active strategist in the space of DevOps, Agile, Software Development and Digital Transformation initiatives. Prior to joining Mindsprint, Sagar was the Managing Director and Vertical Head of Platforms and Product Engineering Practice at Brillio, with a focus in Retail, Consumer Products, Healthcare and Life sciences. In his earlier tenure with Cognizant, he was driving Digital Transformation initiatives for Travel & Hospitality business unit and was responsible for practice area buildouts for Agile and DevOps.

Sagar is a sports enthusiast and a fitness freak. In his leisure time, he likes playing Cricket, Football and Badminton. 

Pankaj Bhandari is the Head of Sales, based in Texas, U.S.

In his role as the head of sales, Pankaj will be responsible for overseeing the global and regional sales initiatives, go-to-market strategy across our products and service offerings, along with providing leadership to customer partnerships. 

Pankaj joins Mindsprint from Infosys where he had a career spanning over 22 years. In his most recent role, he was the Global Vice President with an overall P&L responsibility for a large portfolio of some of the world’s leading brands in the Retail CPG vertical, an over $4Bn vertical for Infosys. He comes with a rich multi-sectoral multi-technology sales leadership experience and has been instrumental in some of Infosys’s key strategic initiatives for its customers.

From his own personal experience spanning over two decades at the heart of IT services industry, Pankaj strongly believes that the success mantra for MINDSPRINT to be a top-tier industry thought leader, will be as we sprint with an innovation mindset and build trusted client relationships.

Pankaj is an MBA holder from Coles School of Business at Kennesaw State University and has also attended Cornell University and Standford University Graduate School of Business. In his free time, Pankaj likes to conduct business research, and play with his son and spend time with his friends. 

Siddharth Satpute is the Head of Digital Solutions at MindSprint. Under his leadership, we have scaled up our digital supply chain solutions, strengthened our customer engagement solutions, and expanded our offerings for smart farms and factories.

Siddharth has been with Olam since 2013 as CFO for India & the South Asia Region. Siddharth then went on to become the CFO for the Asia region. In 2017, he moved into Digital as the Global Program Director before taking over as Senior VP and Head of Digital in 2020. With his sharp acumen, he formulated financial growth plans for the business.

Siddharth has more than 24 years of experience, and before joining Olam, Siddharth held various national, regional, and global functional and business roles in India, Singapore, and the Netherlands. Siddharth is a Chartered Accountant from India and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Pune, India.

Sriram Gopalakrishnan is the Head of Digital Delivery.  He has over 25+ years of Global IT experience, spanning across business segments of Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities, Retail, Consumer Goods, Travel, Hospitality and Telecommunications. A strong people leader, he brings to the table his multifaceted experience of Strategy, Global Delivery, Presales and strong Business acumen in creating impactful Customer experience. 

Sriram’s rich and diverse experience is a result of his successful stints with various global IT organizations. 

Having started his career in mainframes he seeks every opportunity to take the technology leap and inspires his team to bring about a paradigm shift to every business through new age technology adoptions. In his leadership roles, he was instrumental in managing large portfolios across wide range of IT solutions and services, leading delivery for large scale transformation programs and driving innovation for global customers and has played key customer facing roles across North America, Europe, UK and APAC geographies. 

Sriram is an Electronics and Communications Engineer and was a robotics enthusiast during his college days in Government College of Technology, Coimbatore.

G Venkataramanan known as GV, is the Head of Business Process Services at MindSprint. GV was part of the core leadership, involved in setting up the Business Process Services vertical back in 2014 and has played a vital role in its expansion from a 100 employee back-office to a 1200 people strong capability center as it stands today, contributing significant cost and value proposition to its customers & stakeholders.

The Business Process Services division has been consistently recognized for its Creative Talent Management, Process Improvement, Innovation & Value Creation, including overall best-shared services, by various Shared Service forums both in India and Asia.

He has a rich and varied leadership experience of 28 years in Service Delivery, Solutioning, Finance, and Accounting in companies like Accenture and Ashok Leyland. He is an Accountant by profession and holds an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.

Venkatesh Subramaniam is the Head of Cybersecurity and Privacy Services. He has over 28 years of experience in Information Security and Management and has worked in critical sectors including Finance and Telecom and in Fortune 50 companies globally.

Venkatesh was earlier with a leading US mortgage servicer as their Global CISO and Business Continuity Head. Before that, he was the CISO of a major telecommunications company, Chief Privacy Officer, and Business Continuity Head. He is featured as one of the Top 100 Global CISOs for 2022 by Cyber Defense magazine.

Kartik Balasubramanian is the Chief Financial Officer for MindSprint and Olam Ventures, supporting the strategy, governance, and financial planning of these companies. He joined Olam in 2017 in Singapore as the CFO of the packaged foods business and moved into his current role in 2021. Before Olam, he worked with Cadbury/Mondelez International for ten years across multiple roles in India and Singapore.

During the Kraft Foods - Cadbury merger, he was the finance lead for the Asia Pacific region, integrating multiple countries into a standard SAP solution. He also led a global program called Journey to Simplicity, which drove end-to-end supply chain optimization. He started his career with Unilever India and spent over a decade with them in leadership roles across finance, logistics, and procurement.

Kartik's extensive experience in the consumer-packaged goods sector gives him profound insights into the value chain from farm to fork. Kartik is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from the University of Bombay and holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.

Arvind Raj is the Head of Human Resources and administration at MindSprint. Arvind is responsible for the over 2000 employees in India, Singapore, and Africa. He creates talent practices that support professional growth and helps employees bring their authentic selves to work. Arvind has been responsible for creating Mindsprint as an employer of choice. He has been instrumental in introducing various HR best practices across employee careers, engagement, talent acquisition, and rewards.

These talent frameworks have been recognized in various internal and external forums, and have been instrumental in recognizing Mindsprint as India’s best employer on various external platforms. He is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion and has introduced many relevant practices within the company.

He has two decades of experience in the field of Human Resources with companies such as Wipro and Mahindra Satyam. He has diverse experience in leading key areas of strategic HR partnering, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and leadership development.

Arvind began his career with Olam in November 2019. He is well-networked and actively participates as panelist and speaker in various HR forums. Arvind holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Madras.

Sreedhanya Shanmughan (Dhanya) is the Head of Corporate Brand and Communications. She brings with her wealth of experience in leading Internal and External communication, Employer Branding, and Brand Marketing, which will help us in achieving our goals ahead. 

Dhanya worked in Cargill,  where she was leading Business Communications for their Food Ingredients business across South Asia and India. During her tenure, she played an integral role in transforming the enterprise's customer strategy and managing change communications in their global transformation. Dhanya's experience at Cargill and other global organizations like Lowe's and Bayer will be a great asset to our team. Dhanya firmly believes that empowering and engaging people is the key to building successful organizations, and she brings with her a strong people and process focus with her enriching experience.  

Apart from her professional experience, Dhanya is an avid food explorer and loves to learn about the history of new cuisines through her travels. She is also a poet, music enthusiast, and a trained Bharatanatyam dancer.
